GoldPak Coverage
Every GoldPak is insured up to $15,000 AUD per parcel
Coverage begins once the package is in transit with us
Insurance includes loss or damage during shipping, provided the customer is not at fault
Claims Process
Claims must be initiated by the customer and passed through The Gold Company to our third-party insurer (Lloyd’s)
Standard proof required: ownership, receipts, packaging photos
No claims have been made in over 15 years of operation
Claims must be submitted as soon as loss is identified
Returns
If an offer is rejected, we return items at no cost
Tracking numbers and photos are provided for all parcels
Liability Limits
Items not shipped via GoldPak are not covered by this insurance
