The Gold Company’s GoldPak insurance policy protects your valuables during every step of the shipping process. Each GoldPak is insured up to $15,000 AUD, giving you peace of mind when sending gold, silver, or diamonds from home. Our secure jewellery mailer service includes loss and damage coverage during transit, backed by Lloyd’s of London. As long as items are sent via GoldPak and properly documented, you’re fully protected.

Once your items arrive at our office, they are insured for their full value and stored in secure, anti-theft locations.

GoldPak Coverage

Every GoldPak is insured up to $15,000 AUD per parcel.

Coverage begins once the package is in transit to our office.

Insurance includes loss or damage during shipping, provided the customer is not at fault.

Claims Process

Claims must be initiated by the customer and passed through The Gold Company to our third-party insurer (Lloyd’s London)

Standard proof required: ownership, receipts, packaging photos.

No claims have been made in over 15 years of operation.

Claims must be submitted as soon as loss is identified.

Returns

If an offer is rejected, we return items at no cost.

Tracking numbers and photos are provided for all parcels.

Liability Limits

Items not shipped via GoldPak are not covered by this insurance.
