What to Bring to Your Appointment
All you need is a valid photo ID (driver’s licence or passport) and your items. No appointment is necessary for walk-ins — just come in during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm.
What We Accept
We buy gold, silver, platinum and diamonds in any condition — broken, tarnished, tangled, or missing stones. This includes rings, chains, earrings, watches, bullion bars, coins, dental gold and industrial metals. If it’s precious metal, bring it in.
How the Valuation Works
Every item is tested in front of you using XRF analysis for metals and DiamondSure/DiamondView technology for stones. You’ll see exactly what your item is made of, the weight, the purity, and the live market rate we’re applying. There are no back-room calculations or hidden deductions.
How Long Does It Take?
